PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Concept Artist- Computer Games2001-2005. Supplied conceptual designs of Characters, Props, Vehicles, Architecture, Settings (including Level map drawings) and Storyboards for various projects including: Microsoft Games / FASA for their MechWarrior line and Zipper Interactive for Socom 3 and Fireteam Bravo.
Art Director- Computer GamesSierra On-Line - Seattle, Washington, 1998-2001.Projects:
Odyssey and Gabriel Knight 3. Worked with the designers to
develop story and gameplay concepts.
Visualized these concepts through design drawings, color
production sketches and schematics. Directed the art staff in producing
models, textures, and animations. Designed
and created artwork for the game interface.
Dynamix
Corporation - Eugene, Oregon, 1995-1998. Projects:
Rama. Contributed to
the game design and story line. Created puzzles and aspects of gameplay.
Visualized the entire look of in-game elements and directed the
art staff in bringing them to fruition.
Provided drawings and schematics. Trained staff artists in
techniques. Directed outside contractors to maintain continuity. Provided concept designs for several other games in
production.

The Riddle of Master Lu. Responsible
for the overall visual appearance of this 1930's era adventure game.
Created conceptual designs and developed gameplay concepts. Oversaw and
directed artists and modelers. Expertise with Photoshop. Illustrator
Book
Covers - Science Fiction and Fantasy, 1976-1993. Created
over one hundred thirty-five book covers for major publishers including
Ace, Baen, Bantam, Daw, Penguin USA, Warner Publishing and Byron Preiss
Enterprises along with the award winning "Secret of the
Knights" for the Bantam Time Machine series.
